• Supported the strategy, programming, design management, and delivery of a portfolio of over 270,000 sqft of Food & Beverage spaces across North, Central, and South America.• Managed 30+ projects simultaneously, directly overseeing project teams for over 35,000 sqft of food space in North America and over 20,000 sqft in Latin America. • Analyzed food space data to optimize utilization, conducted dynamic occupancy planning, and supported return-to-office planning. Monitored metrics such as square footage, meal counts, foot traffic, and café seating while emphasizing cost-driven delivery models.
