The University of Moratuwa is an independent state university in Katubedda, Moratuwa, Sri Lanka overlooking Bolgoda Lake. With 10000+ students it's one of the prestigious institutions in Sri Lanka. Joined as a Visiting Lecturer to deliver tutorials for the IN4500 Mobile and Wireless Network.

Informatics Institute of Technology is a private higher educational institute in Sri Lanka which specializes in Information Technology. It collaborates with leading foreign universities and allows students to follow those courses in Sri Lanka. Currently teaching Programing Principals, Object Oriented Programming, Software Development Group Project for part time students doing BEngCS and BEngSE.

I was given the responsibility to review the product health of the mobile projects within the organization. And also to mentor the Mobile Focus Innovative within the organization, where the sole responsibility of the innovative is to drive best practices across the teams.

In Addition to the Day to Day operations, I became the value-centric thinking coach to 13+ Teams within in the organization that promotes security, quality assurance, product health, winning product principals which was later defined as an official role within the organization as "Product Lead". These Product Leads then incubate the ideas within their teams and focus on reducing wastage and improving delivery quality as quickly as possible.

Headquartered in Sri Lanka, the company also has offices in Oslo, Norway and has an accomplishment in building and delivering over 150 commercial products. Became a Value centric practitioner within the team. What started with me expanded to 3 member Android Team after 3 successful customer acquisitions in Norway. Since production there have not been any high or critical bugs that was a showstopper. The project is both ISO and GDPR Compliant.In this project I have used the following.* Kotlin – With Kotlin was able to deliver projects much faster than JAVA. * Rx Kotlin based Redux Architecture – To maintain single source of truth.* Scandit, Google ML Kit – To create barcode scanner with AR Overlays.* Google Firebase – For Notifications* Crashlytics – To monitor postproduction issues.* Keycloak – To integrate Authentication.* Honeywell CK 65 / CT 60 – Have developed the solutions to also work with purpose built rugged devices to be used within the warehouse. * Git, JIRA, Confluence – To manage the project.

, FFMPEGExperience -My role was to do do a UI Revamp and push update utilizing FFMPEG. I was also involved in designing the solution platform along with the steering committee. I work closely with the co founder of Sixer in driving the project.

Experience - Involved redesigning, optimizing the solution from scratch including API and Database re - structuring. Due to the size of the company my job role was not limited to Software Development. I was involved in AWS* Server maintenance, AWS* deployment strategies, AWS* Costing, Troubleshooting and Domain Configuration. I have customer relations exposure such and meeting clients, promoting the products and resolving conflicts on service interruptions.

After completing my Degree I rejoined Zone 24x7 (Pvt) Ltd, Nawala, Sri Lanka as a, but limited to, Software Engineer form July 2016 to July 2017. I worked in the following projects during my stay. 
Project - API HEALTH MONITORING DASHBOARD - An API Monitoring and testing tool for large APIs, tailor made for the Service provided for the client.Tools & Technologies - Play Framework, Angular JS, H2 
Experience - This project was already built by the time I joined but wasn’t active as it was outdated for a considerable amount of time. I was asked to do a reboot and revamp so that this project could be utilized during the Peak Sales Time by Dev Ops to monitor the Systems. I lead the project with one Associate Trainee. 

I have been involved in Google cloud Migration, Complex Magneto Plugin Development during my later stages which was also documented in the Internal Document Repository. Also I have participated in events and also Zone24x7 did recognized my Personal Achievements and initiated me to do a podcast interview to motivate other colleagues in their SPARKS Blog.

My Internship was at Zone 24x7 (Pvt) Ltd, Nawala, Sri Lanka. My role during the time of my Internship was and not limited to, Trainee Associate Software Engineer form July 2014 to June 2015. I worked in the following projects.Project - COMPLETE THE LOOK - An Assortment Catalogue Dashboard for leading retail brand in US.Tools & Technologies - Mongo DB, Oracle DB, Angular JS and Java using IntelliJ IDEA 14.0.2, Oracle Web Logic, Apache Tomcat (7 and 8) and DB VisualizerExperience - I was allocated to design and implement as a proof of concept and was one of the founding members of this project who drove and lead the project at the latter stage with a larger team. Was working remotely with the Zone24x7 HQ in US.Project - NATUARAL LANGUAGE PROCESSING - An intelligent AI search engine.Tools & Technologies - Akka, Scala, Python, NLTK, Stanford NLP, Apache Solr, Apache Hbase, Apache Pig, Hortonworks Hadoop, Apache Thrift, JavaExperience - I was approached to Research and Develop a pipeline which retrieves data and do Data Cleansing, Conversion and publish to the Big Data Platform. Experience - This a simple log extraction client which was initially given to test my capacity. This module is a part of an internal Project.Beyond that I have involved in organizing and participated in many events that has been organized during my stay at Zone24x7 for Internship during the Above mentioned Dates.
