Led the Endeavour Energy team involved in the transition of the most successful data migration to Origin, which involved approx. 380,000 Endeavour Energy retail accounts being to be transitioned to Origin. The project was delivered under budget ($6.5m) and within tight timeframes.

Commercial and budgetary responsibility of the master supply agreement with Endeavour’s outsource provider for Queensland (over $40m contract), which involved contractual management, KPI management and financial management of the contract including penalty enforcement for breaches

Designed and project managed the implementation of the business process outsourcing solution for Macquarie Banks on line mortgage applications which allowed mortgage applications to be pre-approved for customers within 2 hours supporting Macquarie Banks operations Developed and managed an efficient back office credit card processing and FTRA (100 point check) system for Virgin Money credit card applications which received thousands of applications first when launched into Australia.

This involved tendering and managing the commercial security contracts worth over $40m, designing a training strategy for the security contractors and working closely with the NSW Police Service on managing the security of the Olympic venues
