As an Undergraduate Research Assistant in Dr. Keith Johnston's lab, I tested different surfactants to determine their feasibility for CO2 Enhanced Oil Recovery. I updated operating standards to optimize byproduct removal, and worked with operations to develop new maintenance procedures.

I tutored students in calculus and general chemistry in both one-on-one and group sessions. An average tutoring session would include anything from homework help, concept review, and/or test preparation. During my time as a tutor, I developed a steady clientele base, allowing me to make each session more effective for the students.
