Interior Fit-out and constructionincluding identifying and assess potential hazards, accidents, and emergency situations associatedwith operations. Participate, develop and maintains thestandard policy which establishes the Company’s key objectives in the field of interior fit-out for F&Bretail industry performance and Constructions. Monitoring safety/environment standards ascompliance with regulations.

● Supervising group of workers/personnel and provide directions to perform works on site as per approved plans, specifications and standards.● Supervise the procurement, delivery and distribution of materials at Site.● Responsible for allocation of personnel and deploy to various Site locations as required and requested including maintenance works.● Working closely with key people at senior levels internally & externally including obtaining approvals from local Authorities (DEWA, ADDC, etc.)● Coordination with Mall management in submission of required drawings and documents.● Site coordination with Mall management and sub-contractors for requesting inspections ensuring all parties are present during the schedule● Reporting to senior management and providing daily reports as may require.● Daily work permit and tool box meetings with workers prior to site works.● Daily safety inspections on work site to identify and evaluate situation and prevention of accidents including monitoring work as required on the schedule.● Ensures that company personnel observe and follows established safety guidelines. ● Preparing action plan and report progress on all site activities including safety & environmental activities.● Responsible for coordinating and conducting daily Site activities as acquiring work permits and the same.● Reporting situations to facilities management which may require equipment maintenance and urgent attention at Site.● Broaden knowledge by enhancing and studying important regulations, trends, and recent updates concerning best practices in retail and interior Fit-out works.● Planning the possibilities of constructions as per drawing ● Ensuring the Safety as per UAE rules ● Ensuring the finishing and construction as per Mall Management Authorities● Making the exact MEP works as per site conditions
