Senior Account Manager
- Managing accounts of 300+ jewellers based across the United Kingdom as well as other European countries. - Identifying new businesses that are in need of diamonds and readymade jewellery and introducing them to a wide range of products and services that would benefit them. Opening new accounts for such businesses.- Educating clients on how to maximise sales opportunities by offering them solutions and advice on how to introduce a certain product but also how to relay relevant information to the end consumer by using skills I learned in previous customer-facing roles.- Reviving dormant accounts by proposing tailor-made, relevant and modern-day solutions that fit unique business where a generalised approach is not applicable.- Procuring diamonds, gemstones and fine-jewellery from the worldwide market in order to fulfil exacting needs of jewellers and their customers.- Consulting with jewellers and helping them with bringing their creative vision to life.- Liaising with suppliers and negotiating the most attractive deals for all parties involved.- Introducing additional business through personal connections and thinking out of the box.- Networking with industry professionals as well as individuals who can offer further connections relevant to the business.- Exceeding monthly targets by an average of 30% each month.- Retaining active clients by working closely with them, making them feel valued and offering them solutions that are continually evolving with their business needs. - Staying ahead of the competition by being dynamic and keeping up-to-date on industry knowledge and the economy at large in order to continue providing a service that is backed by reliable industry insights and data. - Introducing & implementing solutions within the business to eliminate process inefficiencies and maximising business potential.
