Working as Asst Manager in L&T, I have gained a good knowledge about the equipment and its working. I am the key person for analysing the data, maintaining spares stock with material procurement, ensuring safe work during execution, Analysing and Monitoring the O&M and Hire charges for equipment’s and also focused on IOT.My duties include few below mentioned points:1. Maintaining least MTTR 2. Reducing the Non Moving Stock 3. Ensuring no customer Complaints or even if to be closed on the same day.4. Regularly monitoring the cost and analyzing the root cause for any deviations5. Ensuring the fuel consumption with in the limit set.6. Monitoring O&M cost and ensure improvement is done7. External hire charges to be maintained below 2.8% of sales8. Idling of equipment’s must be minimized9. All equipment to be digitally connected and any issue to be recorded and sorted out10. Generate at least 2 ideas in a year and encourage and motivate superiors to think and work in more productive way.11. Preparing maintenance schedule and maintain proper maintenance history as per ISO requirement.12. Planning predictive and preventive maintenance, also analyzing the part life and necessary action in case of early breakdown.
