1) RoofTop: Computer vision-based analytics service in rooftop defect detection and age analysis from aerial images. This product is for an insurance vendor in the USA for rooftop claims. Engineered solutions based on segmentation, roof detection, similarity analysis, etc. I have also done a separate Research and Development task for change detection using VAE, and GAN models.Algo: CNN, Voting Classifiers, MRCNNTools: TensorFlow, Scikit Learn, Metaport, python, Open CV2) Security/ Surveillance: Video analytics solution for CCTV to identify suspicious activities like unauthorized entry, fire, smoke detection, etc. In this project, we developed a lightweight computer vision model able to run smoothly on edge devices like smartphones, and development boards like Pi, and Jetson. Handled tasks like model fine-tuning, Image Processing, Media Streaming Pipelines, API developmentTools: Tensorflow lite, Media Pipe, Flask, Socket, Roboflow, OpenCV3) Product Copyright Detection: This MVP was for a leading cap manufacturer in US. This AI-powered solution was to find the chance of copyright issues while designing caps by the customer through their cap builder app. The dataset here was a set of manufacturing codes, material, stitches, etc. We had developed a ML model along with model explainability to find the rate of rejection and the reason for that. Tasks like EDA, Data processing, feature engineering, and model development were used.4) Quality Inspection: This project was to develop a custom trainable platform for detecting defects in the manufacturing of certain products like PCBs, Metal Shapes, etc. Here we developed a framework for the manufacturers to train their anomaly detection model by themselves.5)LLM for Productivity: This project was for increasing the productivity of HR team and their service using LLM and Agentic workflow. Here we using open source model like llama2 for building a multi-agent framework to help HR in task like content generation, etc
