• Identifying and targeting the high potential prospects through cold calling / email campaigns to generate leads from different vertical to Telecommunication, Wireless, Semi- conductors, Computer Software, Computer Hardware, Medical Industry and Embedded Industries. • Analyzing the requirement from the prospect and setting up Call / Meet with the Head of Business Units. • Interacting with C-level executives and Key decision makers like CEO, CTO, VP Engineering, Director engineering and Manager Engineering. • Development of the prospect pipeline through identification, targeting and soliciting online/phone or personal meetings with prospects. • Product presentation to the C-level executives and Key decision from the fortune 500 to 2000 companies i.e. into IT, Banking, Telecommunication, Computer Hardware and Government companies. • Work with management to develop and implement business development strategy for a defined territory. • Coordinate with management and clients to identify business development opportunities with existing and new clients. • Managing activities pertaining to negotiation/ finalization of deal for smooth execution of sales & order processing • Design and Launch successful email campaigns for inside sales team • Project Business plan, sales strategy development and forecasting • Responding to RFI/RFP and supporting in Proposal Writing and SOW’s • Managing a team of 6 people and evaluating their performance • Setting the direction of the team by managing individual and team performance • Successful done closures for the company and overachieved set targets • Maintained a healthy pipeline throughout the year
