As a project delivery manager, my role is to oversee the successful planning and delivery of projects within an organization. I have experience in using agile methodologies, such as Scrum, to plan and execute projects. In this role, I often act as the product owner, responsible for defining and prioritizing the features and requirements of a project. I use tools such as Jira to track the progress of the project and ensure that all team members are on track to meet deadlines.In addition to project planning and delivery, I am also responsible for requirements analysis, ensuring that the project meets the needs and expectations of all stakeholders. I coordinate the efforts of cross-functional teams, providing guidance and direction to ensure that the project is completed on time and within budget.As a project delivery manager, I also have experience in team management, providing support and leadership to team members to help them achieve their goals. As a founding member of Zen Lab, my role involved a wide range of responsibilities and duties. Some of the key areas of focus in this role are: a. Business development: Working to identify and pursue new opportunities to grow the company, such as seeking out new clients or partnerships. b. Strategic planning: Collaborating with other co-founders and team members to develop and implement long-term plans and goals for the company. c. Marketing and sales: Leading efforts to promote the company's products and services to potential customers, including through the development of marketing campaigns and the creation of sales materials. d. Financial management: Overseeing the company's financial planning and budgeting, including managing budgets, tracking expenses, and making financial decisions that support the company's growth. e. Team management: Hiring, training, and supervising employees to ensure that the company has the right talent and resources in place to achieve its goals. f. Product development: Working with the development team to identify and prioritize new features and functionality for the company's products, and overseeing the development process to ensure that products are delivered on time and meet the needs of customers.Overall, as a co-founder founding member, my role involved a combination of business development, strategic planning, marketing and sales, financial management, team management, and product development responsibilities.

As a senior QA professional, my responsibilities included: a. Participating in agile development methodologies such as Scrum and using tools like Jira to track progress and identify issues. b. Analyzing requirements and developing comprehensive test plans to ensure that products meet the needs and expectations of stakeholders. c. Conducting a variety of testing activities, including system integration testing, performance testing, manual testing, integration testing, user acceptance testing, and system testing. d. Using tools such as JMeter and Postman API to conduct performance and API testing. e. Conducting usability testing to ensure that products are easy to use and intuitive for the end user. f. Performing regression testing to ensure that changes or updates to a product do not negatively impact existing functionality. g. Conducting unit testing and functional testing to validate that individual components and features of a product are working correctly. h. Collaborating with development teams to identify and troubleshoot issues and defects found during testing. i. Participating in quality assurance (QA) process improvement initiatives to continually improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the QA function.Overall, as a senior QA professional, I was responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of software products through a variety of testing activities and processes.
