• Find out new buyers & sellers related to our products through Trade Portals / Web sources • Maintaining existing customers of company. • Successfully developed new export markets for business development and appointed agents in regions like Asia / Gulf / Europe / South America etc……• Handle all aspects of communication for import and exports.• Preparing Pre-Shipment and Post shipment documents of Export Shipment • Handling complete Logistic process of 20/40” Containers (by Road-rail-sea) of Export-import shipments. • Liaisioning with C.H.A for custom clearance of containers & other documentation work requires for export-import shipment• Liaisioning with shipping lines for container arrangement as well as freight booking of LCL/FCL (20”/40” feet) containers. • Controlling over the transporter for container movements • Ensure the delivery of the product on schedule.• Handle the queries and issues of the customers and resolve them.• Maintaining all the data related to export-import shipments.• Maintaining records of DEPB / Duty Drawback incentives of Export Shipments. • Liaisioning with finance department for document negotiation, L/c clearance, Incoming / Out going foreign remittance • Liaisioning with Excise department for Cenvat refund (Excise Rebate claim) • Finance check on overdue payments of customers & follow up with them for payment collection • Calculating and passing credit notes for discounts, agency commission and other trade related claims of customers.• Other work as assigned time to time
