Deputy Manager
Current• Managing the end-to-end implementation of contract logistics projects in Warehousing, Stores and line feed & transportation to ensuring alignment with client requirements, company objectives, and industry best practices• Working with cross-functional teams, Including Operations, Sales, Procurement, Legal, Real Estate, Admin, HR, IT and Safety to develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocations• Conduct thorough project assessments to identify potential risks, constraints, and opportunities, and develop mitigation strategies accordingly• Establishing clear project milestones, deliverables, and success criteria, and monitor progress against these benchmarks throughout the project lifecycle• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during project implementation, providing regular updates, addressing concerns, and managing expectations effectively.• Coordinating with external vendors, subcontractors, and partners as needed to support project execution and ensure seamless integration of logistics solutions• Implementing robust project management methodologies and tools to track project performance, identify areas for improvement, and drive continuous process enhancements.• Drive post-implementation reviews and evaluations to capture lessons learned, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for future optimization and innovation
