Responsibility's :• Manage full-cycle recruiting which includes researching, locating, screening, interviewing, recruiting, negotiating and closing candidates.• Recruited consultants mostly on W2 (80%), C2H and worked on few C2C positions and H1B Transfers.• Screen candidates for availability, interest level, eligibility to work in the US, salary expectations, relocation needs, some technical skills and core competencies.• Focus on sourcing passive candidates through networking, cold calling, internet searches and research.• Use Job boards like - Dice, Monsters, Career Builder and Etc.,• Manage external vendor relationships, negotiate right to hire agreements and ratesDrove the hiring process in a high-volume / time-sensitive environment, working directly with hiring managers for all area clients and managing candidates through the process to have them placed on assignments.• Placed high-end technical professionals in the area of Information Technology Industry in contract and full-time positions. Specialized in Business Analysts, Quality Assurance/Test Engineers, MDM-Informatica , UI/JAVA/BI Developer , Program Manager, Database Developer.• Responsible for checking references, negotiating terms and rates for each project, coordinating the interview process, extending offers, and closing candidates.Developed databases for client and candidates contact information.•Summarize the consultant profile in a professional way with the help of qualified and technical panel IT members to suits the client requirements.•Keeping an eye on each and every step to have the consultant and vendor co-ordination until the interviews get done for mutual beneficial business for both the vendor and my company.•Developing good business relationships.
