Core member of Network Implementation team • Currently I am working on deploying Cisco's ACI fabric infrastructure to set up our internal cloud planform. This Project also expands into migration of legacy switches into ACI fabric.• Main objective of implementation team is to discuss, plan and execution of amendments/new changes as per the project requirement. These requirements ranges from building a strategic solution for a new campus site to working with voice/firewall/windows/linux team to deploy their solution on our Barclays network. • My profile also includes verification of the configuration between end to end devices which include Juniper/Fortinet firewall along with Cisco routers and switches and WLCs.• My daily task involves creating, validating and implementing change requests keeping Barclay’s complex infrastructure and standards in mind.

Core member of Change Management team (3/7/2014 – 1/4/2015)• Main objective of change management team is to implement non-commercial changes on client circuits.• My responsibility in this team was to plan, discuss and implement complex change requests of our clients• Complex change requests include changes like Inter-VRF route leaking, region based routing, load-balancing over internet, EEM for traffic shifting, QOS reservation for protocols and PBRs.• In change management team I also provided support for fail-over testing and rectifying the issues occurred in client-end testing.Core member of Global Premium Service Assurance team (3/7/2014 – 1/4/2015)• Global premium service assurance team handles incidents of top revenue generating clients; this is one of the core troubleshooting team of TCL.• My role in assurance team was to troubleshoot client incidents and provide the preemptive measures.• Understanding the customer's solution and maintaining the clear communication were the key aspects.• I have worked with international NNI partners and vendors in order to seek the resolution in this team.• Migrated the client circuits from Cisco to Alcatel or Juniper platform and rectified the issues which occurred in already migrated circuits.
