A. DESIGN DEPARTMENT1. To review new orders and check for requirement of thermal & mechanical calculation and drawing preparations.2. Perform Thermal calculation as per latest codes and client’s requirement with the use of HTRI. 3. Perform Mechanical calculation as per latest codes and client’s requirement with the use of PV Elite. 4. Check the drawing prepared by draftsman as per Thermal, Mechanical calculation & Engineering Drawing.5. Get approval of Thermal, Mechanical calculation & Drawing from the Manager.6. Submit the Drawing and Calculations with other required documents as per client’s requirement for Approval.7. Attend comments on calculations and drawings and resubmit it for Approval. B. ESTIMATION DEPARTMENT1. To review incoming inquiries from our clients.2. Get technical clarification from client if required.3. Float inquiry for brought–out items i.e. pipes, forgings, etc.4. Preparing Estimation Sheet and get the same approved by Manager.5. Submit the offer with required documents as per inquiry.6. Reply for technical & commercial queries.
