As a sales marketing operation, I handling the backend process of sales.Responsibilities:1) Share quotation on requirements as per client need.2) Creating the Purchase order in MS word.3) Creating the Delievery challan in MS Excel.4) Generating the tax invoice on tally prime of material sale. 5) Generating the E-way bill for overvalue shifting material one site to another site.

As a purchase assistant handling the billing process of purchase material for site works. Process of billing process:1) Follow up for Tax invoice from vendors.2) Follow up with site workers for checking the as per invoice generated all material are delieverd on site.3) Follow up for Delievery challan of material delievered on site.4) Compiling the tax invoice and share with accounts department for payment procedure.
