Ventureast focuses on investing in early and growth stage companies that arise of out cutting edge technologies intersecting with rapidly growing undeserved markets, with a focus on execution and real world integration.Ventureast has made over 50 investments since inception, raised 8 funds and has $450M of AUM.My role involves in sourcing and evaluating new deals, helping with preparing DD reports for the board, helping with portfolio management and limited partner reporting.

Mumbai Angels (MA); Is one of India's leading angel investor group, founded in November 2006 with the objective of promoting entrepreneurship in India.Since inception, MA has invested in over 70 companies with over 10 partial/full exits and has had follow on round in over 15 companies. Investments have been made across sectors like IT, Education, Mobile, Healthcare, E-commerce, cloud computing, financial and business services.Key investments of MA include Inmobi, Apalya, Myntra, Canvera, Cnergyis, Reverse Logistics, Screampoint, ExclusivelyIn.com, Svasti Finance, Efarm, Dhama Innovations, Zipdial (acquired by Twitter) etc.My responsibilities include:➢ Sourcing and screening start-ups from an investment standpoint.➢ Help negotiate termsheets, SHAs and manage the diligence process.➢ Working with a few very well reputed angels and early stage funds to close deals.➢ Help raise money from our investor base to fund a start-up.➢ Helped successfully close 15 deals and raise INR 25 Cr in 2015.

My role included supporting the investment team with deal evaluation & due diligence.

Globus Enterprise is involved in dealing of automotive paint, ancillaries, car care products which are sourced locally through leading Mnc's such 3m India Ltd (Automotive Aftermarket Division), PPGASIAN Paints, Axalta Coatings and Akzonoble India.My responsiblites included:➢ Handling overall operations that include sales, customers relations, cutting costs, managing people, handling a team 125 people(mostly contractual labour). ➢ Helped successfully converted a loss making enterprise to a profitable enterprise through various initiatives taken over the tenure of 2 years and transformed the company into one of 3m India's leading channel partner in the country.

Wockhardt Foundation is a national, not-for-profit organization engaged in social service and human welfare activities. My responsibilities included:➢ Idealization of the Grameen Social Business Movement ➢ Research, Design, Creation and Promotion of a new Project named CAS(Creativity, Action, Service), for IB schools.
