To Verify Artifacts of shared Change Order & Release Ticket➢ To Initiate CAB, EAB & RCB Meeting & Share Invitation for Meeting➢ To Conduct CAB meeting with respective CAB Members, Stakeholders, Project Manager and Developer leads➢ To Capture Comments shared by Panel members➢ To do final verification after meeting & Prepare MoM➢ Updating of Change Annexure ‘’If any new process or any change are introduced with or by CAB Members, It is updating by me and then it is publishing with Stakeholders and Project Managers’’➢ Monthly and Quarterly PPT creation and representing it in month end MIS meeting “All project ageing, number of releases initiated, any infra changes, new application introduced, rollback of any releases and Project closed were represented”➢ Taking Multiple follow-ups with Change or Release Requestor for pending & long ageing Releases or Change Orders to proceed till closure➢ Coordination with Application stakeholder, Delivery Head and CAB Members with respective Project Manager before introducing new product in the environment➢ Handling Queries of respective Team Members on Email, MS Teams & Phones➢ To Share Daily Productivity, Daily Change & Release Count Report “How many change orders or Release are Open, Closed & Pending Status need to mention in Daily Report”➢ To Share Change Order & Release On Hold Comments to Respective Team & Requestor for Timely Closure➢ Verifying Change Deployment Evidences & PVT Results after respective deployments & Providing Approval for closing respective Change Order.
