Main Responsibility: To Provisioning Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI).• Installation, Configuration and Administration of VMware vSphere, VMware View Server and ESXI Servers.• Creating and managing Desktop and Application pools in VDI Infrastructure (VDI).• VDI Creation and Login Support for PAN India Users. • Cloning the VM's as on required though Scripting (Power CLI). • Converting P2V and V2V using VMware Standalone Converter’s.• To maintain and monitor local Production Servers, AD, FTP and DB, Exam Servers.• Maintaining Software Compliance (Tarmac) of production and VDI Servers.• Administration and Support on HPDM (HP Device manager).• To support in asset, email provisioning.• To give IT induction and 2 days Common Foundation Training to all new batches.• Users support and Troubleshooting.Scale: Large (25000-50000 Users)Concept: Virtualization (Server, Desktop and Application).Domain: Technology and EngineeringDesignation: Senior Support Engineer (IT) Tech Used: VMware vSphere 6.5/6.0/5.5, VDI View 6.0 (Virtual Desktop Infrastructure), Citrix XenServer, HPDM (HP Device Manager), Power CLI, Scripting, Windows and Linux based operating system, Hosting servers.

Maintain the IT infrastructure main responsibilities are follow.• VM’s creation on ESXi 5.1 and VMware Workstation.• To maintain and monitor local Production Servers, AD, FTP and Linux Server.• Installation of OS (Windows2008, WIN8/7, Linux Servers) in physical and Virtual servers.• Installing Windows Server and install Active Directory, DNS Server, DHCP Server & configuration.• Configure Kerio Control firewall, Load Balancing, Net Monitoring System.• User administration (setup and maintaining account).• Performing backups of data.• Create OS image of window and Restore the image through R-drive Software.• Configure Remote Access module in Active Directory Users.( Multi User login On 1 system).• Installing and configuring new hardware/software.
