Lifeline Industries, established in Jan 2002, is engaged in the manufacturing of various Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (API), Pharma Intermediates, Chemicals and Generic Formulations.Joined as Executive Assistant to Managing Director in 2002 and gradually got promoted to Senior Management.- As Unit Head with P&L Responsibility, was spearheading the entire Operations & Sales Effort for 5 manufacturing units and Administrative In-Charge for Business Support Group consisting of R&PD Laboratory, Quality Assurance, Purchase, and of Organization Support Group consisting of HR, Admin & Security at Corporate Office- Team Leader of the manufacturing Unit, had the support of GM operations, R & PD in Charge, Production Manager, Maintenance Manager, Quality Control Manager, Stores Executive and Accounts / Administration Executive with their team.- Initially joined in Tarapur plant, was gradually given the additional responsibility of managing two more manufacturing units located at Taloja & Mahad in 2007 and further thereafter given charge of newly acquired manufacturing units of M/s Srinivas Chemical Industries at Tarapur and M/s Proteus Pharmaceuticals Pvt.
