Current- Preparing due diligence reports and business development proposals, interacting with senior management of both clients and targets, getting work reviewed directly by partners at PwC, and regularly managing a team of 6-10 junior members.- Understanding key business and growth drivers of companies, analyzing trends in key financial, commercial, and operational metrics, comparing budgeted vs. actual performance, and identifying reasons for material variances.- Analyzing revenue and margin trends to establish sustainable levels on a go-forward basis, including reviewing trends of revenue and costs, and analyzing other costs such as employee expenses, key direct expenses, and other general and administrative expenses in relation to revenue and trending.- Determining the quality of earnings (sustainable EBITDA), adjusted net debt, and adjusted working capital. Analyzing working capital requirements by examining monthly working capital levels over historical periods.- Involved in the end-to-end execution of engagements, acting as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for various stakeholders such as buyers, sellers, their advisors, and internal teams.
