Thapa and his team on creating an entrepreneurship and enterprise development program that provides skills and access to investment for youth entrepreneurs and students. Was felicitated by the Minister of Women, Children and Senior Citizen, Hon. Tham Maya Thapa for the Fellowship research. Learnt the course, 'Leading from Within', designed at the Harvard Center for Public Leadership which explores the fundamentals and practicalities of 'Adaptive Leadership', and the 'Problem Driven Iterative Adaptation (PDIA)' approach designed at the Harvard Center for International Development.

• Led the team of community and commercial seed component of Seeds of Life - a project by Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade, Australia, ACIAR and Ministry of Agriculture & Fisheries, Timor-Leste - to develop criteria for organizational capacity assessment for Community Seed Producers Groups (CSPGs).• Developed criteria, carried out research and analyzed the capacity assessment of 550+ CSPGs comprising over 8000 farmers, visiting all of 13 municipalities of Timor-Leste.• Consulted executive staff of MAF Municipal Offices and MAF Extension Departments on the sustainability of CSPGs.• Pitched recommendations to improve the organizational capacity of CSPGs and thereby strengthen the National Seed System.
