I am a Chartered Accountant (CA) with 13 years of experience working in IT Consulting, Corporate Finance and Accounting, with a focus on Change management and greenfield ERP implementation. I have a comprehensive understanding about stake holder management full-cycle ERP implementation(Yardi Voyager), post-implementation support management, business process re-engineering, corporate finance and accounting, management accounting, payrolls and benefits, fiscal period-end closure, financial reporting and analysis. I have worked with teams across geographies primarily aorund setting up ERP's as a Project manager with complex business models involving global operations, partnership, subsidiaries, multi-currencies, localization, high volume of inter-company transactions and complex system integrations such as P2P banking integration and Or2C.Worked for J.P. This role offered me opportunities to work for areas such as corporate accounting, revenue booking models, exchange risk analysis, regulatory reporting, month end business closure based on reconciliation, SAP integration and SAP BO based automated reporting tools.Worked as a Functional Consultant for Yardi Systems for implementation of Yardi suite of products catering to clients having retail operations in Middle-East Asia and South east Asia, from which I have developed expertise for Yardi suite of products and end to end implementation using Agile methodologies.Worked as a Finance head for Retail Properties and was SPOC for the implementation and integration of Yardi suite, whic helped him develop a holistic view about Real Estate industry and he also developed in-depth understanding of Internal controls, fiscal period-end closure, Statutory audit closures and Management reporting. Using his understanding of Yardi systems, he was able to deliver inhouse customizations at minimal cost. Negotiated better terms with software vendor, resulting in more support hours and less hours for core customization. In his current role, he is a Senior Consultant @ Yavica, leading the functional consulting team to deploy Microsoft D365FOE, along with Microsoft for large corporations. His responsibilities include taking a lead role in Project and resource planning, Requirement’s definition, Fit Gap Analysis, Design, Configuration, Testing and Training through the full cycle of a project for Flex Property ISV. He is also leading after sales support for European and Australian client and provides design consultation for the ISV solution.
