Coach commercial managers on business case preparation, financial modelling and presentation s to management for decision making.Drive pricing strategy and automation for high volume, high velocity commoditized services based on market price benchmarking and price elasticity analysis. Develop and roll out pricing promotions for demand acceleration and operationalize product strategies.Key result arears are achieving order book and net revenue targets by increasing win rates and productivity through velocity, accuracy and automation in the pricing process.

Product management for National Private Leased Lines and India last mile access based services with AOP and P&L responsibility of the product lines.Develop and present business cases ($10Mn+ investment projects) for network expansion, upgrades, and new geography connectivity by analyzing sales forecasts, past trends, market research reports and competitive insights to meet ever growing customer needs while sustaining a competitive advantage on technology and service quality. Drive network cost optimization activities through innovations in network architecture, negotiate aggressive contracts with OEMs and work with other network suppliers on revenue / cost sharing agreements for shared infrastructure rollouts.Create and implement product pricing and promotion strategies for revenue acceleration.Drive launch of of new products and variants through NPI (new product introduction) process
