As Senior File Accountant, I manage and attend to various insolvency engagements including Part X Agreement, Part IV bankruptcies (Debtor’s Petition & Sequestration order), Liquidations (Court, Creditors voluntary & Members voluntary). Utilising keen analysis, I identify various forms of assets and carried out liquidation processes. Proactively, I interact with creditors and stakeholders to discuss requirement and prepare reports for creditors. I also gather data and conduct statutory investigations and submit reports to ASIC and AFSA. Moreover, I review data to identify and pursue claims/recoveries in accordance to the provisions in the Bankruptcy and Corporations Acts. I oversee processes for annulments in bankruptcy, including Section 73 proposals. I ensure efficiency of processes by providing leadership and training staff to run insolvency appointments from end to end.
