In my role, I played a part in the Proposal, FEED, and Detail engineering stages of various process plant projects, encompassing a range of technologies including Gas Processing Plants, Nitrogen Removal Unit, Hydrogen Generation. These projects were executed across different geographical locations such as USA, Russia, and European Union.Key responsibilities included:- Material Selection and Preparation of Piping Material Specifications:- Pipe Thickness and Branch Calculations- Issuance of Piping Material Take-Offs (MTOs)- Evaluation of Supplier Offers- Technical Negotiation with Vendors- Technical-Bid Tabulation- Vendor Document Review and Inspection- Special Parts Specification and procurement-Proficient in PROBAD software: a primary tool for precise calculations in pipe thickness, branch, and special part calculations as per Pressure Equipment Directive (PED). Database Administration (SPRD / SPMAT Admin):-Demonstrated proficiency in database handling as an SPRD / SPMAT Admin, managing databases related to piping materials and project activities.Smart Plant 3D Customization for Piping:-Utilized Smart Plant 3D customization techniques to generate databases and S3D setups tailored to specific requirements of various ASME and DIN-EN projects.-Enhanced efficiency and accuracy in customization of Smart Plant 3D for piping systems.In addition to the above roles and responsibilities, I also actively participated in interdisciplinary collaboration and project conceptualization, ensuring alignment of piping material specifications with overall project objectives and requirements. Throughout my tenure, I remained committed to delivering high-quality engineering solutions while maintaining a focus on cost-effectiveness and schedule adherence.

During my year-long tenure as a Graduate Engineer Trainee, I underwent extensive training in piping materials, plant layout, piping design, and pipe stress analysis. Throughout this period, I completed a training project that simulated real-world project tasks, enabling me to become proficient in utilizing industry-standard software like SmartPlant 3D, SPRD, and CAESAR for design, analysis, and modeling activities.
