CurrentResource Management & Planning: Efficiently manage and allocate QA resources, ensuring optimal use and alignment with project goals. Develop comprehensive resource plans to meet project deadlines and quality standards.Test Planning & Guidance: Provide strategic guidance for the creation and execution of detailed test plans, ensuring thorough coverage and effective testing strategies. Mentor and support team members in their QA activities.Client Reporting: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding testing progress, providing clear and actionable updates. Prepare and present detailed test reports by aggregating and analyzing data from QA resources.Requirements & Backlog Management: Convert requirements into actionable user stories and facilitate backlog grooming sessions to prioritize and manage tasks efficiently. Plan, prioritize, and execute sprints to meet project milestones.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to address and resolve quality-related issues, ensuring seamless integration and coordination across departments.Issue Reporting & Resolution: Identify and escalate critical issues to clients promptly, driving effective solutions and continuous improvement in product quality.
