Current• Conducted advanced numerical analysis for simulating vehicle powertrain endurance cycles to assess the mechanical performance and durability of corresponding rotating components by using MATLAB, Simulink, GT-SUITE, and SimDriveline • Estimated the duty cycle of rotating components for 2WD/4WD heavy duty truck, light duty truck, RamC, and V9 programs using MATLAB and Simulink including stateflow for driveline and transmission systems • Analyzed the dynamics and fatigue behavior of the heavy duty truck powertrain rotating components by performing simulation for determining the mechanical damage and validating the developed methods with standard database • Developed various processes of vehicle powertrain propulsion system dynamics and calculated the corresponding response theoretically and numerically including slip torque, shift density, and event modification • Validated the calculated mechanical loads for powertrain rotating components by developing and performing rainflow analysis and deliver projects on time to support continuous production
