As the Associate Program Manager facilitating the Combined Federal Campaign for the Department of Veterans Affairs, across the country, I worked directly with over 60 Veterans Affairs hospitals, clinics, and offices for the 2023-2024 campaign year to implement the CFC campaign across the VA. I conducted in-depth research to learn the inner workings of the VA to best implement the campaign and reach the target audience. Throughout the campaign, I conducted weekly Campaign Manager meetings to promote the campaign, answer questions, and lead campaign managers to holding successful campaigns. I worked closely with campaign managers to curate documents for leadership, presentations for potential donors, and scripts for campaign managers to further promote the campaign, while also curating individual plans for campaign managers for how to effectively run campaign at their VA location. Under my leadership, the Department of Veterans Affairs raised close to $1 million dollars for the 2023-2024 campaign year.

For the 2022-2023 Campaign year, I served as the campaign support team member for US military forces in Hawaii. I worked directly with Marine Forces in the Pacific in Hawaii to coordinate, implement, and support the CFC campaign undertaking program manager responsibilities as a campaign support specialist.

During my time as a Campaign Support Specialist, I collaborated directly with US Military Forces raising $2.8M+ in charity donations, including data entry for cash management and compliance with all accounting auditing procedures. I also served as liaison and chairperson for a team of 85 US Military and civilian personnel in 45 countries, ensuring streamlined office operations staffed by 4K+ volunteers to campaign potential donors within their communities. My strong leadership allowed me to plan and organize logistics for promotional events at embassies and military bases, including marketing collateral, brochures, sponsor packets, and copies. I also coordinated and distributed mail operations for 1K+ organizations on five separate continents, including maintenance of accounts and postage meters. My solid relationship building allowed me to act as the first point of contact for 70+ meetings and training for 166 Department of Defense personnel, including assisting with AV equipment, conference rooms, and training. My solid understanding of the field drove the creation of marketing materials promoting 20K+ charities and causes to raise brand awareness.Additionally, between 2022-2023, I served as the campaign support team member for US military forces in Hawaii. During my tenure as a Child and Youth Program Assistant, I utilized proven and demonstrated knowledge of the field to interpret, adapt, and apply comprehensive guidelines and procedures, ensuring the proper safety of a diverse group of children in a classroom setting. I also adhered to all compliance regulations regarding the Department of Defense for childcare accountability. My solid understanding of the field allowed me to foster a learning culture by instituting a learning environment for both children and parents. I also implemented curriculum and lesson plans to drive a culture of learning and development. My solid leadership allowed me to oversee all office and classroom volunteer management, including direct collaboration with the Volunteer Care Team to fulfill parent volunteer requests.

As a Student Researcher, I utilized creative problem-solving techniques to gather research, data, and information regarding Behavior and Electrophysiology. I also managed multiple high-profile projects from scope creation through completion as needed. My solid relationship building allowed me to collaborate with a talented team of student researchers to develop hands-on oral and written briefs presented to the entire Neuroscience Department. I also worked directly with Graduate students on thesis writing utilizing work processing, database management, and Excel skills.
