- Responsible for import commercials (pricing & trade development) into India for multiple sectors across the globe.- Liaising with customers for resolution of the commercial issues.

- Monitoring export documentation activity (B/L feeding & audit) on pan India basis, Bangladesh & Maldives. Ensure accuracy & timeliness of data transmission to principals- Focal point of contact for clients to establish guidelines and implementation from booking to BL release as per their KPI’s -Respond proactively and sensitively to needs of external and internal customer in terms of system modification and functional process -Counsel the branches on various documentation procedures on smooth cargo deliverance in line with the customs practices & within shipping line perspective.

- B/L release process: Identify the loopholes for process delay in export cycle from booking to BL release, rectify and evaluate the process periodically for customer value maximization.- Booking Confirmation: Bookings to be confirmed and first draft to be sent within 24 hours of SI receipt.- DTX timeliness: Ensure rates are in place before booking confirmation, ancillaries applied correctly and negligible invoice cancellation due to clerical error & avoid financial loss post DTX(data transmission)- Review the work process regularly and suggest improvement. Provide necessary inputs to super users /HOD’s on the company’s operating system to develop the current functionalities of the system.

- Undergone training on all the operating procedures of the company- Presentation made to the management on the functions of all the department- Worked on a project on logistics on inventory planning and reporting to principals.
