Our mission is to develop powerful solutions that enhance how voice is used by traders while simplifying the management of supporting trading floor infrastructure.I managed a phenomenal team of cloud support engineers that serviced Cloud9’s enterprise voice application. The engineers on my team were responsible for managing, troubleshooting, and resolving network and product related issues. I was in charge of overseeing their work, processes and tools as well as constructing strategy to better improve the efficacy of Cloud9 Technologies' services and products. I also got the opportunity to work closely with the Product and Project management teams in rolling-out plans, sprint releases and ticket prioritization.

Distil gives you complete visibility and control over human, good bot and bad bot web traffic.As the Support Engineering Lead, I managed a globally distributed team of engineers who worked directly with our clients to help them detect and act on advanced malicious bots from scraping web content and slowing down their website's performance.
