Providing virtual and in-person mental health counseling mainly for adults aged 18-35, which includes mental health concerns such as self-esteem issues, anxiety, depression, sexual trauma, childhood trauma, and related mental health diagnoses. These concerns are addressed by extending a safe, empathetic, and non-judgemental space to the clients using a Narrative and Person-Centered Approach.

Provided personal and mental health care to the residents of the care home living with mental health issues such as Korsakoff Syndrome, Autism, Schizophrenia, Generalized Anxiety Disorder, etc.

Responsible for conducting regular individual and group counseling sessions to the residents of Development Centre (Safe House) of the organizations under the Bread for the World Project. Along with that, planning, designing and conducting/facilitating capacity building, awareness and self-reflective workshops that will help the girls acquire holistic development. In regards to non-counseling based work, I am also responsible for case documentation, assisting with legal procedures (if needed) of rescued survivors (of domestic violence, sexual assault, human trafficking, etc.)

Primarily responsible for creating social media content and adverts for two main digital marketing clients. In addition to that, I was also trusted with understanding digital marketing strategies, writing blog articles to cater to the client's readers, and other social media activities. This role helped me understand the importance of social media and digital marketing in making or breaking of a business. I also learned about the consumer's psychology in a digital world and planning content to grab the attention of users. Through this role, I was able to venture into a new territory, and explore and implement my skills of creativity, writing and team work.

- Selected amongst six rotaractors from RI District 3292 Nepal and Bhutan to participate in Inter-District Youth Exchange Program 2016 to RI District 3142 Mumbai. - Responsible for minuting and reporting of club meetings and club events.

Was inducted as a general member on August, and since then, I have served the club by participating in the club activities as a general member.

Assisted the research conducted by Harvard Professor, Michael Lamport Commons on Model of Hierarchical Complexity in Sindhupalchowk, Nepal. Through this role, I was able to implement my research skills acquired through my undergraduate thesis research, and honing it with the help of my team. I was also able to enhance my cross-cultural understanding of cognitive psychology by interacting with the people of Chautara, Sindhupalchowk and analyzing the research findings.
