My role involves sourcing candidates from different portals, such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Instahyre, Bigshyft, AngelList, and Internal Database, and conducting HR interviews, scheduling business interviews and final interviews, preparing and extending offers.During my tenure at Asper.ai, I have contributed to standardizing the process for a critical role - Backend Engineer (level I & II) across all engineering teams. Additionally, I researched and developed salary benchmarks and interview feedback metrics to attract and retain top backend engineers. I have also worked closely with the Senior Director of Engineering and Hiring Managers to identify gaps in the post-offer engagement process and implementing new strategies to attract candidates.Apart from my role in Asper.ai, I have worked as a Recruiter at JPMC, where I took ownership of the entire recruitment process, from generating and qualifying candidates to filling current roles in the organization. As a recruiter, I was responsible for handling the Tech recruitment process and fulfilling the hiring demands of the assignment within the assigned time. My role included scheduling candidates, creating job offer letters, posting job requisitions in Oracle HCM, filling and closing job requisitions, and managing stakeholder and vendor relationships.Prior to my stint at JPMC, I worked as a Recruiter Consultant at Wenger and Watson, where I closed various positions like Android, IOS, SDET, QA, Frontend Development, and Backend Development. My role involved sourcing and hiring candidates from different portals and taking ownership of the entire recruitment process.With extensive experience in stakeholder management, I have organized referral events and off-site events at Asper.ai.
