I concern with student involvement in the classroom and enable this with the use of technology-aided learning to using university VLE as well as other tools such as e-portfolio tool called PebblePad etc. The soft skills required for this job included providing pastoral care, mentoring and motivating students to enhance their performance and improve their overall learning experience.

The responsibilities also included providing formative feedback, grading summative work and assisting in maintaining records using SAMS. I have also contributed to student workbooks, created using Innovative technologies such as PebblePad. This resource has been used extensively alongside the university VLE (Blackboard) I have been able to contribute new learning materials for distance learning and have used both PebblePad and Blackboard for electronic submissions and the creation of portfolio materials.
