I was responsible for managing and running 7 Centres of Excellence located in Bundi, Hyderabad, Lucknow, Kottayam, Silvassa, Bangalore and Pune where students were provided free of cost coaching for JEE(Engineering Entrance Exam) and NEET(Medical Entrance Exam) in class 11 and 12. Within a span of 3 months, I recruited the best team of JEE and NEET faculty for Pune centre. I successfully executed the following responsibilities during my tenure -  Closely monitored the JEE coaching scholarship program of 679 students at 7 Dakshana’s Centers of Excellence (COE) across India. Maintained regular liaison with coaching providers and Dakshana Foundation for better execution of the coaching programme. Analysis performance of 679 students in practice tests they had appeared and predicted the probability of each student getting into IIT. Regularly travelled to all 7 Dakshana’s Centers of Excellence (COE) to motivate, counsel and guide weak performing students. Collected on ground observations and feedback from stakeholders and made a plan for the improvement of the success rate of students. Developed Result Analysis Tool in MS Excel with VBA to track the performance of each student in practice tests they had appeared.

The main objective was to develop a product that enables the delivery of teacher-independent science and math education in rural locations. To achieve this objective, I was responsible for the following activities -  Curated and designed Physics content for Class IX to X which includes video lectures, study modules, and Regular Tests. Some of my video lectures on YouTube are featured as the most viewed videos with more than 200,000 views.  Analysed student data gathered from classrooms and used it to judge the efficacy of teaching practices Contributed to weekly class discussions, provide timely responses to students. Identified the problems students face and developed solutions to resolve those problems Implemented Saturday Science Club for UDAAN(an NGO) in collaboration with Avanti Learning Centres to get students excited about Science and Maths through hands-on experiments and projects.

Responsible for designing high frequency low power(Low voltage High current) power electronics converter for the solar application.
