Current• Possess a Purple RAIC – full clearance to be working at the airport from Transport Canada.• Respond and coordinate with airport operations for any medical emergency calls promptly.• Escort the paramedic officers to the medical requested scene and aid of any kind in an escalated situation.• Conduct behavioral analysis and threat assessments of passengers and their belongings to identify potential security risks.• Coordinate with GTAA security, Public Safety Officers, to address operational challenges.• Assist the traffic personnel to keep the curbside operational and available for quick loading, unloading of the passengers• Engage with passengers in a friendly and non-invasive manner, facilitating a positive and secure airport experience.• Collaborate with airport security teams and law enforcement agencies to respond to and resolve security incidents and emergencies.• Provide training to airport personnel on recognizing and reporting security concerns.• Maintain accurate records of incidents, observations, and interventions.• Communicate effectively with passengers, colleagues, and other stakeholders to ensure a coordinated security response.
