* Develop a detailed training plan (monthly and quarterly) for trainers under PMKK, PMKVY and CSR skill development projects* Manage training schedules, attendance sheets, pre and post training forms, course evaluation and certificates* Travel to various centers across the country to organize and conduct training workshops for new heired and existing trainers* Provide on-the-job mentoring, training and support to the new heired trainers* Provide updates and report of the training to the project manager and other stakeholders after conducting each training* Carry out training follow up, prepare and conduct refresher trainings (Training Development Programs) in both online and offline modes* Interact with trainees, conduct motivational sessions and collect feedbacks on the training program

Coordinate skill training under PMKK and multiple CSR projects running across states.

* Organizing meetings with management before preparing course materials to ensure a detailed understanding of training subjects and processes.* Developing methods and techniques in workplace training and remain up-to-date on developments within the client company* Collecting information from clients, senior management and other departments regarding how well employees retain information and use the concepts learned in training courses* Conducting tests after the completion of training courses to determine the effectiveness of training strategies* Developing printed and instructional materials to be distributed during training* Seeking current training methods and best practices to facilitate training new heired employees* Conducting regular meetings with clients and senior management to identify subjects be addressed or areas in need of additional instruction
