Finally achieved the best modal parameters to meet the whole criteria of suspension and durability using wind engineering and industrial aerodynamics.

Millennium Village is largest development in Lippo CBD, Karawaci with more than 71% green area. Had honor to be a part of global smart city and ultimate lifestyle choice for future generations. Also worked to implement environmentally-conscious design, policy and technology to improve conservation and sustainability. Designed an effective plan to reduce carbon footprints in Jakarta, Indonesia and achieved around 58% of total reduction in emissions from agriculture, forestry, and other land-use sectors. Propositions of solutions towards self-directed reductions of carbon emissions.

Managed the process of full acquisition of the luxurious Hamilton Scotts, the impeccably designed residential condo project, having 56 luxury units split between two 30-storied blocks plus unique sky garage parking in Singapore with state-of-the-art living amenities and world-class facilities. Conducted the core objective of forming low-carbon strategy and sustainable initiatives to establish green communities and eco-friendly investments amongst entire Southeast Asia. The biggest challenge was to reformat this iconic property without fading its beauty and splendor.

Malaysia is known for the signature iconic standard in skyscraper history. The Troika, three-tower, luxury condominium development in KL, Malaysia features three glass-clad towers of varying heights. The three towers surround a park located in the middle. The Troika also features two double-volume glass-encased bridges connecting a sky lobby. The Troika, embracing the new perspectives of cosmopolitan development, which is designed by internationally-acclaimed British architects firm. Offered to construct the towers in such a way that they incorporate many passive energy reduction measures. The Troika adopts the concept of a twisting building, where each floor rotates as the building rises.

Shenzhen, Guangdong, China

Got an opportunity to incorporate in mixed-use development project which consists of urban planning to build a super-tall skyscraper named, King key 100 and King key Finance Tower, in Shenzhen, Guangdong province, China; that blends residential, commercial, cultural, institutional and entertainment designs. Built aesthetically pleasing light-filled structure and the whole project with aiming potentially to save money, reach early payback, improve livability and increase opportunities for social interaction of residents.

Mustafa Centre is one of Singapore's 24-hour shopping malls, retail hub and premier shopping destination, built with a total retail floor area of 4 lac square feet to manifest the multicultural spirit and universal appeal. Had an opportunity to work with Geometrica group of architects to re-develop a colossal segment of the mall at Mustafa Shopping Center in Singapore. The vital task was to shape a corporate retail chain framework with national, provincial and local organizations to increase effectiveness of malls.
