Current Project - KEYS, it is an Automated Intelligent Property Investment Platform. The outcome of the project is to analyze the cost of the property with reference to nearby schools, transport service and the crimes in the locality from the datasets available for over a decade. The datasets were taken from published govt data website and the format are different for each Australian state. The task given was to standardize the data and publish the required reports.• Transformation and Standardization of the datasets for Australian states and territories using MS-Excel, SSIS• Followed by building a data warehouse using Kimball dimensional modelling techniques in SSMS• Finally, Report building and Data visualization through SSRS and Power BI and DAX functions.• Designed a data warehouse to the highest level of scalability and performance.Achievements:• Participate in Presentation sessions and gave 4 presentations, sharing knowledge to the community• Recorded minutes of the meeting on various occasions.• Had mentored eight team members, guided them with the project tasks. In addition, helped them to achieve the task goals. And rated 4.5 out of 5 from the mentee/s.• Volunteered as Photographer for a networking event.
