I am an IT Support Technician at Harlem Children's Zone, a non-profit organization that provides educational and social services to children and families in Harlem. I have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from John Jay College (CUNY), and I have been working in the IT field for over five years. My core competencies include hardware installation, computer hardware, which I use to provide technical support and solutions to our users and staff.In my current role, I work with a team of IT professionals to ensure that all our devices and equipment are functional, secure, and updated. I also assist users with software and hardware issues, troubleshoot problems, and train them on how to use various features and applications. I enjoy helping others and learning new technologies, and I am always looking for ways to improve IT services and systems. I value collaboration, communication, and innovation, and I believe that I can bring diverse perspectives and experiences to any IT team.
