I am an experienced consultant and specialist adviser helping organisations to meet and exceed changing stakeholder expectations related to sustainability performance. I lead a specialist sustainability and social impact team, which works closely with clients to deliver sustainability strategy, ESG consultation, social impact planning and implementation. We create sustainability strategy and set targets. We work to activate plans and deliver transformation by engaging employees, customers, supply chain partners, investors, policymakers and regulators. We undertake bespoke reporting to ensure transparency and to show progress against delivery and ultimately to show impact. I have worked on a wide variety of sustainability issues including climate change, environmental impact, packaging and waste, circular economy, water, plastic pollution, energy transition, inequality and access to essential services. My experience spans a wide variety of disciplines from media and government relations to public affairs internal communications and crisis communications. I have a proven track record of strong leadership and of bringing together multidisciplinary teams to successfully deliver projects and add value to the company and clients I have worked with.
