- Development of Annual Action Plan.- Budget alignment.- Sphere-heading social mobilization and Institutional building campaigns in Godda District under DAY- NRLM.- Capacity building of these CBOs by organizing need-based trainings.- Implementation of various policies, schemes, and grants as per programmatic requirements.- Providing technical support to the Block teams for proper implementation of the project.- Training and Management of village level and cluster level cadres.- Periodic review and monitoring.- Data collection and compilation on key indicators to report to the District Administration, State teams and MoRD, GoI as and when required- Supporting knowledge management and laying out a channel for strategic communication.- Working in close coordination with district administration and line department.

1. To build the capacity of mothers (or female relative) through the SHG network which they are a part of to prevent child marriage.2. To ensure training of cadres who in turn train SHG members.3. To ensure that the dedicated cadres facilitate discussion on the various issues in villages that hinder the education of girl children4. To facilitate re-enrollment of girl children in school5. To ensure data entry in MIS.6. Periodic review of progress.7. To conduct awareness campaigns and workshop on the various harmful effects of child marriage and importance of girls’ Education8. To collaborate with various Government departments, NGOs and other stakeholders to ensure effective implementation.

- Ensure training and preparation of plans for VPRP at SHG level and its prioritization and consolidation at Village Organization level and Cluster level.- Ensure maximum participation of women SHG members at Gram Sabha and during preparation of GPDP.- Ensure MIS entry of the plans prepared.

A. To organize rallies and campaigns at Village level to spread awareness about the programme.B. To ensure discussion on the programme the various harmful effects of malnutrition and importance of a balanced diet (tri-color meal)C. To ensure maximum participation of women, children and adolescent girls in Village Health and Nutrition Day for their regular checkup.
