CRM infrastructure (WebECTM, Life of Plan, salesforce): The program objective was to define and automate the end-to-end tracking mechanism about the quality of equipment/spares provided for the product sold by the client to the end customers.This engagement required us to conduct Value Stream Mapping, followed by Root Cause Analysis to determine the reasons leading to the concerns of customer, and implemented a technology driven solution. The end solution was to create a repository of information about Product /equipment’s supplied by client, services provided and nature of complaints and customer’s behavioural patterns about usage and maintenance of equipment’s. This enabled the client to respond to end customer’s complaint in a more robust manner and educate them, where necessary.In order to achieve this, I supported three process group named as “Research & Development” Group to arrive to an engineered solution, “Process Automation” Group to develop the web based repository using Java/ J2EE with Struts framework, “Data Analysis” Group for developing and exploiting the analytics on the repository of Data.The solution was structured around building a prognostic and diagnostic application bridging other available legacy applications developed on VBA, .NET, C++, responsible for converting engine raw (Binary & Hex) data into text format and integrated with Saleforce and SAP application. This has strengthen customers reliability program
