• Develop technical pre-sales solutions. • Coordinate with the sales team in formulating and building up proposal knowledge. increasing market share by supporting business development. • Conduct professional demos and presentations for Clients. • Analyzes the existing voice and data networks and recommends solutions. • Engaging with Sales in the field for meetings and presentations • Performs client consultation: Plans, designs, implements and support solutions• Push and track all sales in the respective regions,• Handle presales enquiries from partners and customers,• Understand and be hand-on with existing & upcoming products and solutions,• Provide demonstration and L2 training to the regional partner teams,• Perform feasibility study and have necessary discussions with R&D team,• Prepare technical analysis report, effort estimation, technical proposal building, responding to tenders, etc.,• Coordinate releases to international customers and track all support cases from international customers,• Handle deployments of customized solutions & patches at customer premises (either directly / indirectly through partners) on need basis,• Providing feedback on special customer requirements based on discussions and observations made at customer premises.
