With over 11 years of experience in the banking sector, I am a passionate and dedicated leader who strives to deliver excellent customer service and innovative IT solutions. I am currently the Branch Head at State Bank of India, where I lead an efficient team that caters to a wide array of clients and services. I have a Master's degree in Environmental Studies and a CAIIB certification, which reflect my interest in sustainability and professionalism. I aim to contribute to the growth and success by bringing diverse perspectives and experiences to the team.In my previous role as a Manager at State Bank of India, I managed the IT-QA and IT-UAT related projects, and led the team for successful signing off and release of projects. I also floated RFP and successfully onboarded resources for Integrated and Managed Quality Assurance Services in SBI. I was responsible for IT budgeting and project costing framework, as well as IT vendor management. I collaborated with multiple teams for various innovative IT projects of SBI, such as Multi Purpose Payment Acceptance Device and Electoral Bonds. I also represented SBI on various platforms and showcased SBI's innovative products to Union Minister of Information Technology, Minister of States and IT Secretaries.
