• Configuring and supporting the Oracle Fusion HCM Modules including Core HR, Performance Management, Reporting Analytics, Security, Compensation, Talent Management (Taleo) etc.• Understand all the Oracle Fusion HCM applications, features and functionalities to better manage operations and issue resolution.• Responsible for all aspects of Incident Management and support for HCM operations utilizing best practice processes to include Incident Management, Service Request, Problem Management, Knowledge Management.• Responsible for continuous improvement of services provided, ensuring appropriate coverage is in place, daily reporting, broad program awareness of trends, efficient escalation to tiers 2 and 3, and meeting customer’s SLA’s.• Helps maintain data integrity in HCM systems by running queries and analyzing data.• Works closely with Group HRIS team to support end to end testing of upgrades, change requests etc.• Ensures regular connect and governance with key stakeholders in the organizational hierarchy.• Works closely with integration technical team to support interface errors with fix them with the help of local HRBPs.

• Sourcing and screening candidates as per job requisition.• Sourcing the candidates from various job boards like CareerBuilder, Monster.com etc.• Screening/ interviewing the candidates over phone as per requirements.• Negotiating salary and Scheduling interviews with the clients.• Taking interview feedback from the candidates.• Good understanding of the US tax terms W2, 1099, C2C.• Well-versed in using the internal applicant tracking system.• Send daily report to the Account Manager.
