Hris Executive
Current- Configuring and supporting the Oracle Fusion HCM Modules including Core HR, Performance Management, Reporting Analytics, Security, Compensation, Talent Management (Taleo) etc.
- Understand all the Oracle Fusion HCM applications, features and functionalities to better manage operations and issue resolution.
- Responsible for all aspects of Incident Management and support for HCM operations utilizing best practice processes to include Incident Management, Service Request, Problem Management, Knowledge Management.
- Responsible for continuous improvement of services provided, ensuring appropriate coverage is in place, daily reporting, broad program awareness of trends, efficient escalation to tiers 2 and 3, and meeting customer’s.
- Helps maintain data integrity in HCM systems by running queries and analyzing data.
- Works closely with Group HRIS team to support end to end testing of upgrades, change requests etc.
