During my time at Weiss Technik GmbH, I focused on developing and implementing a communication system using Modbus RTU for dry room systems. This project involved configuring and integrating various field devices through Siemens PLC setup, optimizing the existing setup to improve scalability, reduce wiring complexity, and enhance operational efficiency.Working closely with the team, I gained valuable experience in automation, communication protocols, and hands-on implementation. This journey not only deepened my technical expertise but also allowed me to contribute meaningfully to Weiss Technik’s objectives in advancing system efficiency.

• Hands-on experience with Siemens Simatic PLCs models including S7-1200, S7-1500, ET-200, S7-200, and S7-200 SMART.• Extensive knowledge of HMI models such as KTP Series and TP Series.• Familiarity with SINAMICS AC Drives models G-120C, G-120, G-130, S-120, and V20 with relevant Control units.• Experience with commissioning tools including Totally Integrated Automation (TIA) Portal, Step 7, Step 7 Micro Win, and SINAMICS Startdrive.• Proficient in communication protocols such as PROFINET, PROFIBUS DP, Modbus RS 485, USS, and EtherNet/IP.• Strong understanding of Motors, Pneumatics, Lubrication, and Hydraulic systems.• Hands-on experience in programming and commissioning drives from other renowned manufacturers such as Delta, ABB, Yaskawa, and Mitsubishi.• Proficiently prepared meticulous technical documentation, including commissioning reports, test procedures, and system configurations, ensuring accurate record-keeping for future reference and troubleshooting purposes.• Provided extensive client support throughout the project lifecycle, offering on-site assistance during project planning, commissioning, and service stages, ensuring successful machine integration and handover.• Supported switchgear selection and panel design, optimizing choices and layouts to meet rigorous safety standards and electrical codes, resulting in dependable and efficient panel configurations.

Collaborated with a team to work on Schneider PLC and SCADA systems, completing commissioning activities, including I/O testing, FAT, IQ, OQ, audits, and trials for a complete process plant in the pharma industry.

Conducted motor testing and quality checks on various types of Glass Wiper Systems and their assembly kits as part of the Quality Department.
