Worked on a research project - Clinical decision support system for the early diagnosis and management of COVID-19. Designed a decision support system using Corvid based on the clinical symptoms of COVID-19. Used Python to conduct statistical analysis of COVID-19 cases in New York City based on age and gender.Performed statistical analysis using SAS and Python to see how COVID-19 effected counties of New Jersey that are closer to New York City versus rest of the counties.Used SAS and Python to create graphs and charts to analyze the outcomes.Interpreted the results, generated a report, and organized them into a publication.
