My completed projects include;o Design and Development of a testing procedure for a Product range that satisfies Local and Global Safety Standards, - AS 2047:2014 – Windows and external glazed doors in buildings- BS EN 13126-6:2008 Building Hardware- Requirements and test methods for windows and doors height windows- NZS 4211:2008 New Zealand Standard Specification for Performance of Windowso Change of Manufacturing suppliers for a product range. Confidential correspondence between the two suppliers to make sure the changeover was smooth. Clear understanding of the current stock levels and forecasted stock levels for the product range were required to make sure any customer sales weren’t affected during the changeover. o Design and Manufacturing of a Window Hardware to be sold in the International Marketo Rapid Design and Prototyping of a Testing System for a New Product to test for 30,000 cycles.

Implementation of Instructional Videos on how to assemble parts for assembly operators. And developing a maintenance system so the videos are up to date if the assembly procedure of an existing product is changed or new products are introduced. This involved communication between Quality, Design and Assembly Operations teams.

As an Engineering intern, my Primary responsibilities included providing Design and Engineering expertise to facilitate and enrich the technical aspects of R&D projects.
