Working as Assistant ManagerAccounts for 5 Projects awarded by NTPC,PGCIL and Indian Oil for Rural Electrification Work and Extra High Voltage (EHV) Projects. Looking after for Running Accounting Bills(RA Bills) System Billing,RA Bill submission, Collection by dealing with Clients on Regular Basis,Tax Invoice wise Collection Linkages for Reduce Debtors, Dealing with Creditors for Payment and compliances,GST Input Credit Reconciliation,IT TDS and GST TDS input credit accounting to reduce Debtor. MIS preparation for Top Management Presentation for Project wise Billing, Collection, Outstanding,Tax deductions by client and Hold amount with reason.Verify Cash Expenses vouchers before payment and its accounting in System.Ensuring sufficient cash available for site expenses with Accountants reporting to me Project wise. Liaisoning with Clients at Regional office regularly for Project Commercial and Taxation Issues.

Responsible for Accounts receivables and payables. Handled Banking activities like Term Loan and CC Account processing for new factory, capitalisation of all plant equipments during construction period, Return Filling of Excise Duty, Service Tax,Vat,C Form, Way Bill Reconciliation, Income Tax TDS,EPF,ESI. Salary and vendors payments processing and customer handling, Mis for stake holders.
